Here's our favorite way to cook extra crispy pot stickers.
Place a non-stick pan on medium heat and add 1 tbsp of cooking oil.
Place dumplings on the pan and cook until the bottoms are brown.
Add a water + flour mixture (1 tsp of flour and 250 mL of water) to your pan. There should be just enough to cover the dumplings 1/4 of the way.
Cover the pan with a lid and leave to cook for 3 minutes.
Uncover the pan and finish cooking until the water has evaporated.
